If the program won't start, check your DEP setting.

Here's how:
1) Control Panel -> System.
2) Click Advanced tab.
3) Click Performance Setting button.
4) Click Data Execution Prevention tab.

Is the 2nd option, "Turn on DEP for all programs..", selected?

If yes,
5a) Select the first option, "Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs...".
OR
5b) Click Add button and add our program. By default, it's at "C:\Program Files\HoldemInspector2\HoldemInspector2.exe".

6) Restart the machine.
